Phobia
A phobia is an avoidance behavior caused by the fear of a specific incident. It can affect the daily life of the person while dealing with the object or situation belonging to the phobia. People who have a specific object, situation, or activity lead to excessive fearful behavior, which is unreasonable and affects normal behavior during such situations or when dealing with objectives.
There are various types of the previous which are categorized as follows
Specific phobia
Such phobias can belong to particular objects or situation
For example
Phobia of an animal such as Snake, Spiders, and the like many lives
Natural environmental factors such as thunderstorms cyclones heavy rain darkness
Blood injection or any situation in the ICU in the hospital
Fear of height during flying jumping or standing at a height
Social Phobia
Social phobia is an anxiety disorder characterized by fear of various social situations or wrong judgment about these situations in society. It may involve situations such as public speaking, meeting new people, or giving a speech in front of an audience.

When a person delivers the speech in front of thousands of people cases of fear known as social phobia
Agoraphobia
